Educating the Future: Our Partnership with the Next Generation
Educating the Future: Our Partnership with the Next Generation

The future prosperity and stability of the Scottish countryside rely heavily on the next generation developing a deep, meaningful understanding of the value of our land. We are incredibly proud to invest our time and resources into local educational initiatives, working closely with organisations such as the Royal Highland Education Trust to provide immersive, hands-on learning experiences directly in the field. From school visits that bring the outdoors into the curriculum to providing one on one mentoring for aspiring gamekeepers and stalkers, our goal is to bridge the gap between rural professional life and public understanding.
By actively passing on traditional, heritage skills alongside the latest modern management techniques, we ensure that the legacy of professional land stewardship remains in capable, well trained hands. We believe that by fostering this curiosity, we help cultivate a society that appreciates the complexities of rural management and the importance of sustainability. Witnessing the next generation engage with the raw realities of the natural world and learn the importance of our industry is a vital part of our mission. It is through this ongoing commitment to education that we build lasting respect for the Highland way of life.
